Worked with the Naval Weapons Station, Warminster, PA, to secure new specifications and a place on the Qualified Products list. This project required an extensive knowledge of government military specification packaging materials.
These machines were being shipped to China and South America and were valued in excess of $100,000 each. The machines arrived at their destinations without rust or environment effect, and they could be fast-tracked into production. This project required knowledge of effects of environment on machinery that could cause rust and corrosion as well as the suitable packaging materials to protect the machines from the environment.
Developed a moisture resistant pouch for an international pharmaceutical firm. This pouch was used in the emerging area of fire ant products. The Swiss labs approved the packaging in the United States.

Designed and developed packaging for a fumigant used in cargo ships and grain elevators that was highly sensitive to water and heat. If not packaged correctly, the fumigant provided a hazardous environment. The specially designed package reduced the level of danger.
Developed a tubing style package for a health care company using a fiberglass and chemical product that is very sensitive to moisture and oxygen. The package developed protected the product from these agents. The tubing style allowed longer lengths of the product to be used as well as enabled the packaging to be resealed without loss of product or material.
